Today as usual, i late for schl.. Lesson starts at 8.30am but i reached school at 10.30am. hehehe..!
My lesson ended at 12noon, after that i had lunch with Teddy, and i went home after we finished eating.
Around 4.20pm i was heading to schl again for my NAPFA Test, when i reached Lavender MRT station, i juz realized that i forgot to bring my wallet. T.T so i walked back to home agn..! T.T sianz.. den i was late to my NAPFA le..i reached schl at 5.30pm sharp. hehehe. NAPFA test begins at 5.30pm.
Yesterday i was about get a MC and dont want to join.. but Today my knee seemed like ok liao..! so i decided to take the test.
1st Pull Up : Pull Up, i pulled 10 times. to get a GOLD u supposed to do >10
2nd Standing Broad Jump : i'm lousy for this one, i jumped at 215, to get a GOLD u supposed to jump at >230 (but the person gave me 225) hehehehe..!
3rd Sitting and reach distance : for that one i got 47cm,to get a GOLD u supposed to reach>47cm
4th Sit up : i did 34 times, to get a GOLD u supposed to do > 41 times.
5th Shuttle Run : I'm Best for this one. all the members in my group got 10sec+, but i got 9sec+
6th 2.4km Run: i done this by 11:49 mins, to get a Gold u supposed to run < 10secs.
see.. he's dying soon.. and his soul......! LOL..!

After having a tiring day..! Finally I passed my NAPFA test with a quite good result..! and Rona, Johan, Herman, Jemmy, Sudirman and I went to Staff Centre had our dinner...! den we went home together..! but Poor JEmmy, he still need to go ZOUK after that.. hahaha..! because he alr made a promise to his friends..! Oh ya.. and my friendster got 486 ppl viewed me for July..! this was my new Record..! previously was 300+. hahaha..!!
and Today was Sylvia's friend birthday, so she went to Holland Village there to celebrate with her friends..! IF NOT, she will go MOS with me de..! hahaha..! too bad.. i think today is not my day..! ^ ^ Goodbye.....! ^ ^
